Exhibit: The Chocolate Mill

Ken Byers of Shaker Works West, San Francisco, CA exhibited "The Chocolate Mill" at the 2013 Good Sam Show. "This beat up old corn will was restored in 1906," Ken tells us. "It was converted to the first chocolate mill opened in San Francisco after the earthquake. This is an accurate reproduction of the mill as it stood when built."

"The machinery represents actual chocolate processing equipment, which really hasn't changed much in the past 100 years. The water wheel is driven by real water, which drives the belt driven mixers inside."

In 1:12 scale, it is 22" wide, 29" deep, and 20" tall. Photos by Connie Sauve, Exhibit Chairman.
